1) Tell us a little something about your book…
        Mindful Wisdom from my Philosopher Dad, Sage Advice from a Single Father
My book is a tribute to my father’s memory & philosophy, and I intend to make this 1st book the beginning of a series of “Philosopher Dad” self-help books. One of the most challenging things in my life was losing my father – a man who was my mentor, my hero, my best friend — a man who stepped up to the plate back in the 60s to become a single parent to me and my baby sister, and showed us by example what it meant to be an extraordinary human being. I wrote a book dedicated to his memory because I wanted to pay tribute to the wonderful person he was. It was also my way of 
processing my grief, and it was instrumental in helping me to finally forgive my mother and myself. “Pain is inevitable because it touches all of us eventually. Suffering, 
however, is optional.” This was a quote from the mother of Sean Stephenson who 
imparted that wisdom to me during my interview with him several years ago.

2) When was your lightbulb moment?
2002 when the U.S. and allied forces waged war on Iraq.  I left my 22-year broadcasting career and started a quest to educate people about the FUD. Factor and to be aware of the manipulation from mainstream media so they can be the gatekeeper of their mind.

3) Three words of advice…
Follow your passion! Why? Life is not a dress-rehearsal. You get one shot, so make it count and do what you love to do. My wish for you is to always Laugh Often, Love 
Always, Be Mindful…. And Stay Positive!
